The narrative features a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who assigns the duo with journeying into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a secret sect.
The questline concentrates on "bizarre tests and a fearsome foe" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The trailer highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages.
